The Blush Project has developed a corporate certification program to identify employers taking exemplary steps to address workplace fairness.

The Blush Project’s Corporate Certification program identify’s employers who are taking steps to address workplace harassment by establishing policy standards to:

  • Semi-annually providing up to date training for employees on how to identify and address gender based discrimination
  • Providing remote worker friendly reporting system that provides privacy and fairness
  • Enabling all levels of employees and interns and fellows access to reporting and investigation
  • Create standards for a fair and unbiased investigation and resolution process
  • Provide employees with ‘Safe Passage’ as a resolution.

  • Create standards for a fair and unbiased investigation and resolution process
  • Provide employees with Safe Passage as a resolution.

The Blush Project offers a variety of customized solutions for small businesses, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and small to midsize corporations. The trainings can be done in as condensed as a 1 day workshop or detailed and comprehensive as a three day conference. The trainings can be lecture-style, virtual reality, hands-on/interactive, or a combination of the three. The trainings are offered by M. Reese Everson, Esq. and her team of highly trained professionals.
