The Blush Project, established 2015, is Building Leaders to Uproot Sexual Harassment in the workplace by speaking out and partnering with organizations to create a safer workplace for all.

Corporate Engagement

The Blush Project is partnering with corporate entities to change the culture of the workplace and create infrastructures to properly identify, assess and address workplace harassment.

The Blush Foundation

The Blush Foundation is providing stop-gap resources with the Blush Fund and life shifting tools to empower women to build a brighter tomorrow by encouraging entrepreneurship and investing.

Legislation & Public Policy

The Blush Project has worked since 2015 to advocate for public policies that reduce workplace harassment and to influence legislators to pass laws that create safer workplaces.
